1. How do I update my profile?
To update your membership profile, log in to your TikTikCash My account using your email and password. Click on the "My Account" link on the left side of the page and you have the "My Profile" sub link. When you have completed making your edits, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
2. What if I forget my password?
To retrieve a forgotten password, click on the Member Login link in the top left corner of the TikTikCash.com homepage. This will take you to a login screen where you can click on the "Forgot Password" link. You can choose to have your password emailed to you.
3. How do I unsubscribe from TikTikCash.com?
Click here to remove yourself from the TikTikCash.com.
4. When can I expect a reply if I call or write?
Our goal is to always respond to your inquiry within 2 business days. Ideally, you can expect an early reply, but sometimes a very heavy work schedule can affect our response.

1. How am I paid?
The members are paid when they have atleast 100$ or more in their account. Once you get claim, you can claim your second request after you get $50 approved in your account. You don't have to wait till $100. Payment is made through paypal which must be US verified paypal account. PayPal.com is a FREE service that allows you to instantly receive cash over the Internet. You can register with paypal by going to www.paypal.com
2. How long does it take to approve offers?
When you successfully complete the offers and get approved for reward, you will be eligible for payment. It will take a minimum of 2 working days and a maximum of 10 working days to get your offers approved from the advertiser.

1. Once registered, how do I earn through reading emails?
For earnings through emails, we will contact you via email using the address you registered with. The email will contain a link that will take you directly to the Offers page. Once you click on the Offer URL, you are credited with payout in your account.
2. How often will I receive emails from TikTikCash?
As per policy rules, TikTikCash Panel members will receive three to five emails a week.
3. Do I have to read every email?
There may be times when you are unable to or do not want to read emails. Your participation is always voluntary. We certainly understand and respect your decision. We will keep you on our Member list and will notify you of future opportunities.
4. Can I suspend my emails for a short time if I have to be away on vacation or my computer goes down?
Yes, do this promptly by using "Freeze Account" Option, once you log in. This will put your account on temporary hiatus for the amount of time you request. This way you will not miss any paid emails.
Some Technical FAQs
1. Why am I sent back to the Homepage?
Some offers open a new/second window. In some instances your pop-up blocker software may be preventing the second page from displaying. If you have software like this installed on your computer, please try adjusting your settings or temporarily disabling it while you complete our offers.
2. Why do I get a blank screen when attempting to login to the site?
Make sure you have the most recent upgrade for your browser. If you have the most recent upgrade, your Internet Explorer security settings may need adjusting. If you are unaware of how to adjust your settings or need links to current upgrades please contact us by email.
